An important focus is food packaging. Most especially, the material Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET). Plastic packaging is the best option for reducing food waste and guaranteeing a longer shelf life for our food.

Of course, we need to work together to ensure that this packaging does not end up in the environment, but is recycled for reuse. Van Meeuwen’s choice of PET plastic (which is 100% recyclable) is therefore a conscious one. Approximately 80% of recycled PET is returned to the industry.
