At Van Meeuwen Additives, you will work in a small team under the umbrella of Van Meeuwen Industries, which also includes Van Meeuwen Lubrication. With around 85 colleagues, we work daily to improve and grow together.

What will you be doing?

As Account Manager, you will work alongside our inside and outside sales colleagues to ensure our additives make a real difference for both existing and new customers. After an onboarding period at the office, you’ll deepen your practical knowledge in the field, including regulatory topics like food safety, enabling you to advise potential clients and guide product testing, initially in the Netherlands, and eventually abroad.

You will become the go-to expert and provide technical support to (potential) customers, colleagues, and agents. You enjoy thinking along on commercial, technical, and QA topics. You will actively contribute to sales through cross- and upselling, acquiring new (international) clients, and representing us at industry trade shows.

What do you bring?

  • Bachelor’s degree level (HBO), ideally in a commercial, technical, or chemical field.
  • Several years of experience in a technical commercial field sales role with a proven track record in both new business and relationship management.
  • Excellent written and spoken command of Dutch and English.
  • Strong interest in chemistry, QA, food safety, and production processes.
  • An intrinsic drive and curiosity to figure things out and get things done.
  • A flexible, proactive, and motivated attitude; you’re a trustworthy partner at various levels.
