Software for lubrication technical maintenance
At Van Meeuwen, we consciously invest in the development of customised lubrication schedules. We have therefore developed our own lubrication software package, S)MAXX, based on our extensive knowledge and practical experience.
S)MAXX is the smart addition to existing maintenance software and is specially designed for planning, executing, monitoring and securing all your lubrication-related activities. Completely online and digital, so you always have insight into the status of your lubrication maintenance.
Automatic lubrication: safe & efficient
In many situations, it is smarter – and safer – to replace manual lubrication with an automatic lubrication system. Consider lubrication points that are difficult or dangerous to reach, or machines that run continuously and cannot be shut down for maintenance.
An automatic lubrication system ensures that each application is lubricated at precisely the right time, with the correct amount and with the right lubricant. This prevents over- or under-lubrication, extends the service life of components and reduces the risk of downtime or damage.

Analysis of oil or grease provides insight
Preventive maintenance is essential to keep machines running for as long as possible and at the lowest possible cost. A key component of this are our ePrevent oil and grease analyses. This system not only allows you to assess the quality and detect any contamination of the lubricant, but also provides insight into the technical condition of the machine itself.
Based on the analysis results, you can accurately determine the optimal time to change the oil – neither too early nor too late. This prevents unnecessary downtime, reduces lubricant consumption, and saves valuable maintenance hours—the result: smarter maintenance, lower costs, and maximum machine availability.
