What are your opening hours?
Our office is open Monday to Friday between 8 am and 5 pm (time zone GMT+1).
We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Does it matter whether a product is registered by NSF or 2Pobity?
Both NSF and 2Probity are independent, professional, accredited parties. It therefore does not matter whether a product is registered by NSF or 2Probity. The most important thing is that the lubricant or cleaning agent is H1-registered for use in a production area where food safety must be guaranteed, regardless of the registering organisation. The working method and the assessment of whether the formulation of a food-safe lubricant complies with the US FDA 21 CFR 1783570 regulations.
I am looking for technical documentation. Where can I find it?
Van Meeuwen has a useful portal where you can find all the product and safety data sheets for the products you have purchased. You will also find various certificates and registrations here, such as Halal and Kosher.
How can I access the Van Meeuwen Portal?
After purchasing one of our products, you can request access to our portal. In this portal, you can consult product sheets for the products you have ordered from us.
To access the portal, please email info@vanmeeuwen.com so that we can link your details to our system.
You will then receive an email message containing a number of steps you must follow in order to log in to the portal.
My password is no longer working?
Go to portal.vanmeeuwen.com and click on ‘Wachtwoord vergeten/forgot password?’. Enter your email address and you will receive an email within a few minutes allowing you to create a new password.
I have ordered a product from Van Meeuwen Additives. Will the portal also work for me?
Certainly! Van Meeuwen Additives and Van Meeuwen Lubrication are part of Van Meeuwen. The portal contains product sheets for all our products.
