Our office is open Monday to Friday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm (time zone GMT+1).
We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Do you have a product with biodegradability certification?
Van Meeuwen Additives has launched FoodCare® Anti-foam BIO, a food-safe anti-foaming agent that is biodegradable and SKAL and FiBL certified.
Skal Biocontrole is an independent organisation that supervises the organic chain in the Netherlands. Skal certifies companies with organic activities. Are Van Meeuwen Additives' anti-foam products linked to an ABM category?
Implementing the General Assessment Methodology (ABM) is an important step in Dutch water policy for determining the water harmfulness of substances and mixtures. These are substances that companies use and ultimately discharge via waste water. The ABM is the designated information document for assessing a permit application.
Van Meeuwen Additives lists the ABM category for its anti-foam products in section 15.1 of the MSDS, many of which fall into a favourable B(4) category. We also offer support in completing the ABM Excel tool.
What is the best anti-foaming agent for my solution?
Unwanted foam must always be kept under control. This sounds easier than it is, as there are countless factors that can lead to foam formation.
Choosing the right anti-foaming agent depends on various factors:
• Application method
• Process flow
• Type of application
• pH-value
• Temperature
• Foaming medium
• Operational and regulatory requirements
At Van Meeuwen Additives, we are happy to help you make the best choice. We offer anti-foaming agents that are specifically tailored to the markets in which we operate, particularly those where water plays a crucial role: (plastic) recycling, food processing and water treatment, with a focus on wastewater treatment.

I am looking for technical documentation. Where can I find it?
Van Meeuwen has a useful portal where you can find all the product and safety data sheets for the products you have purchased. You will also find various certificates and registrations here, such as Halal and Kosher.
How can I access the Van Meeuwen Portal?
After purchasing one of our products, you can request access to our portal. In this portal, you can consult product sheets for the products you have ordered from us.
To access the portal, please email info@vanmeeuwen.com so that we can link your details to our system.
You will then receive an email message containing a number of steps you must follow in order to log in to the portal.
My password is no longer working?
Go to portal.vanmeeuwen.com and click on ‘Wachtwoord vergeten/forgot password?’. Enter your email address and you will receive an email within a few minutes allowing you to create a new password.
I have ordered a product from Van Meeuwen Lubrication. Will the portal also work for me?
Certainly! Van Meeuwen Lubrication and Van Meeuwen Additives are part of Van Meeuwen. The portal contains product sheets for all our products.
