EcoVadis
This global standard for sustainability assesses companies on their environmental and social performance. Our EcoVadis certification confirms that we are a reliable partner in sustainable business operations and constantly strive to make improvements in our processes.
Vessel General Permit (VGP)
Several of our bio-lubricants are registered for their biodegradability with the EU-Ecolabel and classified as EAL (Environmentally Acceptable Lubricant). They also meet the requirements that apply for the 2013 Vessel General Permit (VGP) and the Vessel Incidental Discharge Act (VIDA).
The Vessel Incidental Discharge Act (VIDA)
Ships and other vessels in American waters are required by law to use VGP and VIDA compliant lubricants. These lubricants are biodegradable, have minimal toxicity and do not accumulate in organisms present in the water.
