Green Point® Jacking Grease is designed to perform in the toughest conditions. It minimises wear and maximises the service life of your equipment. Thanks to its strong adhesion properties, it protects against corrosion, resists water washout and ensures smooth operation under heavy loads.
Although originally developed for rack-and-pinion jacking systems, Green Point® Jacking Grease is also ideal for other demanding applications, such as:
- Open gears under light or heavy loads
- Gear racks, pinions and spiral gears
- Slow-rotating ball bearings, roller bearings and plain bearings
- Slewing ring bearings
- Cylinder and suction units
- Guide rails and sliding rails

Green Point® Jacking Grease is versatile and suitable for both automatic lubrication systems and manual application. The pumpable and sprayable formulation prevents clogging and ensures smooth operation at temperatures ranging from -20°C to +50°C. With environmental regulations becoming increasingly stringent, choosing the right lubricant is more important than ever. Green Point® Jacking Grease is a fully biodegradable, environmentally friendly grease (EAL) without PFAS or microplastics, ensuring minimal impact on ecosystems.
