Bel-Ray is a leading manufacturer of innovative and sustainable lubricants, specialising in industrial applications and also well known in motorsport. Van Meeuwen has been working with this American company as the exclusive distributor for various industries in Belgium and the Netherlands since 1959. The relationship, therefore, goes back a long way, and various products have been developed in response to customer demand in our region.
Following success in global mining, international cross-country competitions and motor racing, and its debut as the first supplier of registered food-safe lubricants, Bel-Ray has expanded its range with high-quality, modern, biodegradable lubricants, based on continuous research and practical testing.

Bel-Ray 6in1 Multipurpose Lubricant: All-round protection and lubricating power
Bel-Ray 6-in-1 Multipurpose Lubricant is a versatile lubricant that combines strong water displacement, cleaning and penetrating characteristics thanks to an innovative additive package and solid lubricants. This multifunctional penetrating lubricant offers excellent protection against rust and forms a durable lubricating film that does not attract dirt, making it ideal for use in dusty environments and under heavy loads.

Food Grade
Bel-Ray offers an extensive line of food-safe lubricants that meet the stringent requirements of the food industry. These lubricants are registered according to the guidelines of NSF International and 2Probity, with special attention to H1 and HT1 registrations, which guarantee safe use in the vicinity of foodstuffs.
These food-safe oils and fats may (occasionally) come into contact with foodstuffs in and around food processing areas without posing a risk to public health.

Bel-Ray Biodegradable Wire Rope Lubricant
Specially developed for the maintenance of wire ropes, Bel-Ray Wire Biodegradable Rope Lubricant offers reliable protection, even in the most challenging environments. This biodegradable lubricant breaks down quickly, with approximately 85% degrading naturally within 28 days. In addition, it forms a strong lubricating film that prevents corrosion and significantly reduces wear, making wire rope maintenance more sustainable.
The excellent penetration properties ensure that the oil penetrates to the core of the wire rope, which is essential for long-term performance. Bel-Ray Biodegradable Wire Rope Lubricant is also difficult to wash off with fresh and salt water, and it can be applied directly to wet cables. This lubricant is ideal for various applications in the marine industry, such as hoisting equipment, tow ropes, crane cables and winches.
