We actively work within various industry organisations to stay up to date with the latest developments in the sectors where we are active, with the ambition and conviction to help improve products and/or processes. Various external auditors call at our door each year. This also keeps us sharp on the details.

The corporate sustainability rating from EcoVadis challenges us to keep the impact of the whole supply chain sharp, and to improve it step-by-step. We’re proud of our Silver medal!
ISO 9001
Our quality management system to keep us well organised.
ISO 22000
Van Meeuwen handles its food-grade products and processes according to the food safety guidelines of this ISO standard.
VCA/SCC
Structural attention for occupational safety and the environment. All our Lubrication Technicians personally VCA/SCC certified. Further, Van Meeuwen Services is VCA/SCC* 2008/5.1-certified in both the Netherlands and Belgium
At the personal and product level:
HACCP
Certification for the food industry. All our experienced Lubrication Technicians & Project Engineers are personally HACCP-certified.
H1 registration
Our H1 food-safe lubricants are NSF or 2Probity-registered. Both NSF and 2Probity are independent, accredited parties, and it is equivalent if a product is registered by NSF or 2Probity. The main thing is that the lubricant or cleaning agent is H1-registered for use in a production area where food safety must be guaranteed. They test whether the formulation of a food-safe lubricant meets US FDA 21 CFR 1783570 regulations.
REACH legislation EU 1907/2006
In close cooperation with our suppliers, we fully support the REACH legislation EU 1907/2006 (The EU Regulation that has been adopted to better protect human health and the environment from the risks posed by chemicals).
Skal
Skal Biocontrol is the auditing authority that is responsible for the inspection and certification of organic agriculture in the Netherlands. Our FOODCARE® ANTIFOAM BIO is a food-safe foam control agent that is biodegradable and Skal-registered.
